You’ll be staying our home, so we ask you to please treat the apartment with care and respect. Also, this is a residential building, and we care about our neighbors. This is why we ask you to refrain from loud music or noises, and strictly forbid parties. And it’s why we require a minimum rental period of one month; to reduce the impact of rotating guests on our community.

- The apartment is in a building with regular long-term residents, so please be respectful of the neighbors — no parties, nor loud music after 10pm.
- Building administration prohibits leaving bicycles in the hallway, and we will be fined for any infraction.
- There is AC and heating in both the living room and bedroom; we ask that you shut the machines off before leaving the apartment.
- Smoking inside is not allowed, but you can smoke on the terrace.
