Apartment Details
Welcome to Terraza Verde! This is our permanent home, which we open to visitors while we’re traveling. You’ll be renting the entire one bedroom apartment in the neighborhood of La Xerea, a quiet barrio in the city’s center. Because it’s a residential building, we rent out the apartment for a minimum of one month, in order to respect our neighbors, and only rent to couples or individuals.

Valencia’s City Center
The apartment is found in La Xerea, which is part of Valencia’s historic center. This neighborhood is great, because it’s just a short walk to all the downtown sights such as the Mercado Central and the Plaza de la Virgen, as well as the Turia Riverbed Park. Despite being so central, La Xerea is a quiet, residential area, where it’s easy to get a great night of sleep.

Getting Around
The apartment is a few minutes from the Colón metro stop, and there are a ton of bus connections around the corner, including one that goes straight to the beach. There are a number of bicycle rental shops nearby, and stations for Valencia’s bike-sharing program. And given our central location, walking is likely to be the quickest way to see most of the city’s highlights!

How to Book?
This apartment is our home, so it’s only available when we’re traveling. That said, we travel a lot. For booking, we use the platform SPOTAHOME which provides extra security and protections for both the renters and landlords. Please keep in mind that the apartment is only for a maximum of two guests, and that a fully-refundable deposit of €500 is required.
